		<description>I&#039;m still wrestling with the code for the blog carnival, so excuse me if you couldn&#039;t read the links on your original copy. 

The purpose of a Blog Carnival is to expose you to other blogs that may have posts of interest as submitted by their authors. 

I&#039;ve edited out the submissions that have nothing of interest for proposal professionals. 

As you may realize our work is misunderstood by most folks, and so it is tough to find on-point posts to help in our quest.</description>
