Mind Maps work especially well at this stage, so that we don�t lose any pieces. This is usually where I spend time discussing methods that might work and traps we should avoid.

These mindmaps are pretty detailed and so they are all treated as confidential.

What product are you using to do these mind maps? Is their a web site I can go to and learn more? Thanks!

The mindmaps are done in MindManager, a product offered by Mindjet at http://www.mindjet.com

I see that the prices are a bit better with another vendor, http://www.softwaredeal.net

Mindjet offers a free 30 day trial.
