What I mean by &quot;programmed translators&quot; is software that  could interpret HTML and re-configure and install on a CMS like Joomla.

I remember when installing software was quite a manual operation. Great improvements have been made to automate that process.

I&#039;m thinking similar progress may be upcoming for translating websites from Web 1.0 to 2.0 technology.
