"We'll never eliminate the central workplace, but we are already drastically reducing its role in the total world of work. Yet we will still have reporting relationships, personal relationships, even power relationships, in our organized work, and we'll definitely need managers--and of course workers--skilled at working long distance." -- Tom Petzinger of the WSJ answering an interview question posed by Laura Ricci A series of five workshops, taking place on-line -- no travel! -- in one hour increments scheduled one-week apart. This training is designed for teams working together apart. Managers of virtual teams use these tools to develop rapport long distance.
