A series of five workshops, taking place on-line -- no travel! -- in one hour increments scheduled one-week apart. This training is designed for teams working together apart. Managers of virtual teams use these tools to develop rapport long distance.

Participants are paired up to complete a virtual exercise.

techniques used/not used by each and the reactions they engender.

Examples of the human moment.
Discussion of protocols to be adopted.
Wrap-up of principles.
