As soon as the real RFP arrives, someone must be designated to tear it down and produce a table that summarizes the requirements. It's a dirty job, as the saying goes, but someone has to do it. Here's an example of an RFP Summary . This RFP Summary serves several purposes. The summary sections become the headings on your storyboards. The Summary serves as a checklist at each review stage to verify that none of the RFP requirements have been edited out. And sometimes the Summary can be inserted into the front of the proposal as an index to each item addressed in the proposal.
